The Panama City, Florida, school board regularly records its meetings with a stationary video camera. Ex-convict Clay A. Duke was cause on the camera coming to the Tuesday night meeting. The 1st thing he felt like doing was spray painting the wall. The "V for Vendetta" logo was painted on. Duke then pulled a handgun. He was captured during the whole school board shooting video. After Duke dismissed women out of the room, board member Ginger Littleton tried to come back in and disarm him. Bill Husfelt tried to talk the gunman out of it. Protocol states that Mike Jones was designed to wait for backup in this situation. He went into the school board room anyway. Clay Duke was shot by the security guard. It was non-fatal.
