School board shooting video clip displays Panama City, Florida, shootout

In a picture that appears nearly surreal, a school board meeting in Panama City, FL, was interrupted by a shootout. A male ranting about sales taxes and work, armed with a handgun, disrupted the Florida school board meeting. The school board shooting video was all caught by the camera meant to record the meeting. Duke observed in video clip of the school board shooting

The Panama City, Florida, school board regularly records its meetings with a stationary video camera. Ex-convict Clay A. Duke was cause on the camera coming to the Tuesday night meeting. The 1st thing he felt like doing was spray painting the wall. The "V for Vendetta" logo was painted on. Duke then pulled a handgun. He was captured during the whole school board shooting video. There were several minutes of this.

Proving a hero in Panama City shooting video

When watching the school board shooting video clip, we can see the heroes. The school board members acted heroically. After Duke dismissed women out of the room, board member Ginger Littleton tried to come back in and disarm him. Bill Husfelt tried to talk the gunman out of it. This is the superintendent of the Panama City, Florida schools. The gunman wanted to be dead, as he stated. Early in Dec., a Facebook page ranting about the abuses of the wealthy was made by Duke although nothing else is really known. In October of 1999, Duke was convicted of aggravated stalking.

Reaction from security guard at school board shooting

Though Clay A. Duke had taken over the Panama City, FL, school board meeting for a few minutes, it was when shots were fired that security guard Mike Jones reacted. Protocol states that Mike Jones was designed to wait for backup in this situation. He went into the school board room anyway. Clay Duke was shot by the security guard. It was non-fatal. While on the ground, Duke fatally shot himself. The school board shooting video shows the entire event, start to finish.
