Ex whom accused Tonya Craft rescued from being prosecuted by their children

A kindergarten teacher from Chickamauga, Tenn. named Tonya Craft had her life taken away when she was false charged of child sex abuse. She was absolved of all charges, but the ordeal segued into a high profile custody battle for her children. Instead of keeping the ex lover on a list of her accusers being sued for $25 million, Craft removed both him and his wife in a personal effort to work out child custody. Tonya Craft trial to understand

In Might, Craft was accused of 22 counts of child molestation and acquitted of it. She lost her job and her house during the legal battle lasting two years. Also, $500,000 in lawful bills stacked up. Her two kids were taken from her also. There were some supporters of Tonya Craft. They said that a "witch hunt" was what the trial was turning out to be. After years of court battles, Craft resolved her custody battle with ex-husband Joal Henke in a personal meeting. Craft dropped the $25 million federal suit that included Henke and his spouse while also agreeing to share custody of children. The suit will nevertheless be filed against all who charged her of sex abuse. This includes parents of children, police officers, prosecutors and the school district that employed her.

Forgiveness with Tonya Craft

There were some kids who charged Tonya Craft of child molestation. Her daughter, Aiden, was one of them. In the Tonya Craft litigation, Aiden never said she was molested. Inappropriate touching was nevertheless something prosecutors insisted occurred due to the testimony of her two friends. The testimony was inconsistent though. Craft and her daughter have healed their relationship, she said on the "Today" show Monday. She said it’s "as if nothing ever happened" with the trial. The plans next for Craft involve law school.
