Numerous people had their benefits began again after they had expired, but now it seems like fluid now is not so fluid for many that apply.

FluidNow needs to move faster to serve customer base

The unemployed individual got an AWI employee after numerous attempts, and the employee said there was no information about how extension benefits could be received. AWI Director Cynthia Lorenzo assured that benefits would be given out to residents who applied, although guidance used to come from the U.S. Department of Labor. Lorenzo said nobody knew when the guidance would come.
