Runaway criminals John McCluskey and Casslyn Welch seized
Two of the most wanted criminals in the nation, Casslyn Welch and John McCluskey, are arrested. Clyde and Bonnie keep getting brought up concerning these two. They are running since escaping from an Arizona state prison about 3 weeks ago. They were believed to be in various locations after their escape, including Yellowstone National Park, and Arkansas. They were unknowingly spotted in a state park in Arizona. A Park Ranger alerted authorities to a stolen car, which led to their capture.
Noticed simply by a Ranger
A Park Ranger was on patrol in Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. As outlined by ABC, he saw an unattended fire and a suspiciously parked automobile. He called in the license plate. The vehicle turned up being stolen. So he called the police. Soon afterward, SWAT showed up to take them into custody. That’s when they found out who they were. John McCluskey told officers following the arrest that he would have fired on officers had he been able to get to the gun in his tent. McCluskey and his cousin, Casslyn Welch, who’s also his fiancé, were taken peacefully.
The search is actually out
John McCluskey and Casslyn Welch didn’t break out alone. Inmates Daniel Renwick and Tracy Province went with them. Province and Renwick were captured soon after, and McCluskey and Welch were spotted in Yellowstone National Park and in Butte, Mon. Butte was the last sighting of the two. The two recently captured criminals weren’t idle after escaping. According to the Associated Press, they’re suspected in the death of Linda and Gary Haas, a retired couple in New Mexico on vacation. The Haases were found around Aug. 4, and also the vehicle McCluskey and Welch possessed had New Mexico plates.
Slightly much less murderous compared to actual Bonnie and Clyde
For some reason, people idolize violent criminals. These two have been compared to Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie and Clyde were not very romantic either; Clyde was gay, and they stole cash from the individuals that cheered them before the FDIC existed. They belong in jail. The ranger who called police is to be commended.
