Mel Gibson makes racist comments to add to his restraining order
In what was at first called an “amicable” breakup, the Mel Gibson racist comments caught on tape have called that explanation into question. Ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, in recording conversations as evidence, caught Mel Gibson making racist comments on tape. The dueling restraining orders and accusations of anything from threats to shaking their young child indicate the implosion of this couple’s relationship is quickly reaching nuclear range.

Mel Gibson with a history of racist comments
Mel Gibson’s most recent comments were recorded by Oksana because she felt “threatened” by Gibson. In the recording, he threatens to burn down her house, and then says he hopes that she “gets raped by n*****s.” This isn't the very first time Mel Gibson made racist comments. During a DUI arrest that happened just a couple of years ago, Mel Gibson was recorded making racist comments about Jewish individuals and more.
The Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva relationship
The relationship between Mel Gibson and Oksana is stormy. Mel Gibson divorced his wife and mother of his first seven children in April of 2009. The couple dated for about one year and had a child together, before separating. Both Oksana and Mel have filed restraining orders since. Mel Gibson has accused Oksana for violently shaking their young baby, when Oksana has accused Mel Gibson of death threats and abuse.
The financial reality of Mel Gibson’s divorce
Mel Gibson's divorce has been expensive. Mel Gibson has an estate worth $1 billion. Robyn Gibson gets half of that legally. A $500 million divorce settlement would easily dwarf the previous divorce-settlement records. Questioned is Mel Gibson's employability after the racist rant also. Though, even if he can’t bring in any more income, Mel Gibson could probably live on a $500 million fortune if he doesn't spend it too quickly.
